Geofortis Announces Asset Sale and Name Change to Pozzsource

Geofortis, a recognized leader in the natural pozzolan concrete industry,  has sold substantially all of the assets of Geofortis Utah LLC and Geofortis Utah Minerals LLC to the Ashgrove Cement Company.  The sale includes the Tooele Utah plant and pozzolan mine, developed in 2020-21.
As a result of the sale, Geofortis has changed its name to Pozzsource LLC. 
Pozzsource maintains control of its R&D lab in Reno, NV and significant pozzolan deposits in Lassen County, California and Sevier County, Utah.  Pozzsource intends to develop these deposits for use in the concrete and coatings industry.

Lassen County California issues final permit and environmental assessment for Lassenite at Pozzsource's California mine

Lassen County has approved a  Use Permit and Reclamation Plan under the (SMARA) program for Pozzsource's Lassenite deposit.  The permits generally mirror the federal permits received from BLM in 2021.  The permit covers 185 acres of land and is projected to produce over 8 million tons of natural pozzolan.

In addition to the 83 acres under this permit, Pozzource has mining claims covering XXXX acres of prospective mineral deposit.

BLM issues final permit and environmental assessment for Lassenite at Pozzsource's California mine

Pozzsource  received final approval for  its Plan of Operations from the Bureau of Land Management for 83 acres of Lassenite deposits in Lassen County, California.  BLM issued the permit after conducting and Enviironmental Assessment and thoroughly evaluating the project for several years.

BLM has also completed a Locatable Mineral Determination for Lassenite, establishing it as a valuable mineral under Federal law.
